Payment options
Payments can be made using various payment methods including credit/debit cards, or electronic funds transfer.
Deposit
I’m Pretty Med Spa & Wellness requires a deposit for all contouring packages to secure services. To reserve a time and date, clients are required to make a deposit- which is a percentage of the total service or package cost- at the time of scheduling their appointment. The remaining balance is due upon appointment day.
Failure to show up for the appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Reschedule
Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointments. The manager must be notified of the reschedule request at least 2 weeks in advance. Otherwise, it will result to a forfeiture of deposit.
Privacy
Personal information and web usage data of clients are handled with utmost confidentiality, and are only stored for communication purposes limited to coordinating appointment schedules and confirmations, marketing, logistical, and administrative-related inquiries, and company service/website updates.
Gift Certificate Purchases
Personal information and web usage data of clients are handled with utmost confidentiality, and are only stored for communication purposes limited to coordinating appointment schedules and confirmations, marketing, logistical, and administrative-related inquiries, and company service/website updates.
Refunds/
Returns
Products may be returned for spa credit within 3 days of purchase. No refunds for products returned after 3 days. The store will not refund opened & used products. No refunds for gift certificate purchases.
